Please read the shipping and delivery terms below carefully before you complete your order.

Not choosing the appropriate shipping method at check-out may delay the shipping of your order.

LOCAL DELIVERIES
Local Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday to the following towns only:
Amherst, Belchertown, Chicopee, Deerfield, Easthampton, Granby, Greenfield, Hadley, Hatfield, Holyoke, Leverett, Montague, Northampton, Palmer, South Hadley, Southampton, Springfield, Sunderland, Turners Falls, Ware, West Springfield, Westhampton and Whately .
If your desired town is not listed above, please select UPS Shipping. If that is not an option, please call us at (413) 253-9528 to discuss other options.

WEDDING CAKES,WEDDING FLOWERS AND SPECIAL CATERING ORDERS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR SUNDAY DELIVERIES.

ALL ORDERS need at least two days advance notice; often times more notice is needed during holiday times and there is a minimum of $25.00 plus delivery for local deliveries.

Local Deliveries that are re-delivered the following day will be charged the delivery fee plus the cost of any perishable items that need to be replaced.

Please allow 48 hours notice for LOCAL DELIVERIES or IN-STORE PICK UPS.

BEER & WINE BASKETS cannot be shipped.  Local Delivery or Store Pick-up only.  By law, all wine and liquor gifts must be ordered by and delivered to persons of legal age within the state of Massachusetts.
Per Mass. Law, no alcohol may be purchased or delivered before 8am (Mon. - Sat.) and 12 noon (Sun.) - including beer or wine baskets.

No Alcohol will be delivered to any student residence on any of the 5 local College campuses.

SMITH, HAMPSHIRE, AMHERST & MT. HOLYOKE STUDENT DELIVERIES:  WE DELIVER TO THE POST OFFICE, NOT DORMS.  PLEASE PROVIDE STUDENT'S P.O. BOX NUMBER AND PHONE NUMBER.

UMASS STUDENT DELIVERIES: WE DELIVER TO SERVICE DESKS. PLEASE PROVIDE DORM ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER.


SHIPPING INFORMATION
FOR GUARANTEED SHIPPING:
For week of THANKSGIVING: orders must be received by Nov. 8th
For week of CHRISTMAS: orders must be received by Dec. 10th
Orders are generally filled within two to three business days.
Delivery period: So that fruit arrives in peak condition, it cannot spend more than 3 days in transit or sit around all weekend at the UPS facility. All perishable packages being shipped UPS are shipped at the beginning of the week to avoid packages being held over the weekend; therefore, we reserve the right to delay your shipping to insure fresh delivery of your gift. Please call or email with any questions!

The date you select when ordering is the date the package is shipped out, not the date of delivery. 

Severe Weather Conditions
During periods of very cold or hot weather, Atkins may decide to hold up the shipping to prevent the product from freezing and/or heat damage.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to state agricultural regulations, Gift Assortments containing fresh fruit cannot be shipped to CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA, IDAHO, NEVADA, OREGON, UTAH, OR WASHINGTON. 

Shipping Perishable Products

To guarantee freshness, many food gifts must be delivered within 2 business days. Perishable items include fruit baskets, apple packs and baked goods. Warm climates, time of year and travel time will determine if UPS Air is needed. For questions please call us at 1-800-594-9537

Address Corrections: Please be careful to include the correct address for shipping or delivery and to be sure the customer will be in town. Baskets that are returned to Atkins may be charged 10% or more of the original cost of the basket, depending on the condition of the basket when returned plus shipping or delivery fee. Perishable baskets will be charged full value for re-shipments.  ADDRESS CORRECTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $12 FEE (from UPS - which we will pass on to you.)
