Shipping Information

Please read the shipping terms below carefully before you continue to our online store. Not choosing the appropriate shipping method at check-out will delay the shipping of your order.

Shipping & Handling is calculated based on the package weight and zip code of the recipient, according to the UPS.com website’s daily rate plus a $5 handling fee.


FOR GUARANTEED SHIPPING**:
For week of THANKSGIVING: orders must be received by Nov. 8th
For week of CHRISTMAS: orders must be received by Dec. 5th
(Orders are generally filled within two to three business days).


DELIVERY PERIOD:
All perishable packages being shipped via UPS are shipped at the beginning of the week to avoid packages being held over the weekend; therefore, we reserve the right to delay your shipping to ensure fresh delivery of your gift. Please call or email us with any questions!
The date you select when ordering is the date the package is shipped out, not the date of delivery.

SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS:
During periods of very cold or hot weather, Atkins may decide to hold up the shipping to prevent the product from freezing and/or heat damage.

Please be careful to include the correct address for shipping or delivery and to be sure the customer will be in town. Baskets that are returned to Atkins may be charged 10% or more of the original cost of the basket, depending on the condition of the basket when returned, plus shipping or delivery fee. Perishable baskets will be charged full value for re-shipments.

Address Corrections will result in a $12 fee (from UPS – which we will pass on to you.)

We do not ship internationally

Atkins Farms is not responsible for delayed shipments by UPS.

**Every effort will be made to ensure that orders received after the deadline will be shipped as close as possible to the holiday or requested arrival date. When ordered late, however, arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
