Shipping Information

Please read the shipping terms below carefully before you continue to our online store.

Not choosing the appropriate shipping method at check-out will delay the shipping of your order.

For week of THANKSGIVING: orders must be received by Nov. 8th
For week of CHRISTMAS: orders must be received by Dec. 10th
Orders are generally filled within two to three business days.
Delivery period: So that fruit arrives in peak condition, it cannot spend more than 3 days in transit or sit around all weekend at the UPS facility. All perishable packages being shipped UPS are shipped at the beginning of the week to avoid packages being held over the weekend; therefore, we reserve the right to delay your shipping to insure fresh delivery of your gift. Please call or email with any questions!

The date you select when ordering is the date the package is shipped out, not the date of delivery.

Severe Weather Conditions
During periods of very cold or hot weather, Atkins may decide to hold up the shipping to prevent the product from freezing and/or heat damage.

Due to state agricultural regulations, Gift Assortments containing fresh fruit cannot be shipped to CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA, IDAHO, NEVADA, OREGON, UTAH, OR WASHINGTON.

Please be careful to include the correct address for shipping or delivery and to be sure the customer will be in town. Baskets that are returned to Atkins may be charged 10% or more of the original cost of the basket, depending on the condition of the basket when returned plus shipping or delivery fee. Perishable baskets will be charged full value for re-shipments.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $12 FEE (from UPS - which we will pass on to you.)
