Returns & Recalls

Our Return Policy:

  • Returns or exchanges must be handled through Customer Service.
  • Returns require a valid receipt and the product, unless previously arranged by a manager.
  • Some returns may require manager approval.
  • Some returns may only qualify for store credit or replacement product.
  • Atkins reserves the right to offer partial refunds or store credit on partial returns.
  • All items must be in original condition to be valid for return or exchange, unless deemed defective from time of purchase.
  • Packaged perishable items that do not come with a safety seal are only valid for return or exchange if deemed defective from time of purchase.
  • Items intended for immediate consumption such as salad bar, wraps and sandwiches, and bakery items are only valid for return or exchange if deemed defective from time of purchase.
  • No returns on holiday-themed items after holiday.
  • No returns or exchanges on reduced or clearance items.
  • No returns or exchanges on Gift Baskets or Gift Basket items.

 

Time Limit for Valid Returns

  • Perishable items: 3 days from the purchase date (Includes Plants & Flowers).
  • Items intended for immediate consumption such as salad bar, wraps and sandwiches, and bakery items: 1 day from purchase date.
  • Non-perishable items: 30 days from the purchase date.
  • If unable to return to the store within time limit, please call immediately and ask for Customer Service. Valid Return Processing
  • All valid returns will be refunded using the same method of payment as the original purchase or issued store credit. Except personal checks: Two-week delay until check is processed.
  • All returns over $20 require a valid picture ID and signature.
  • All returns must include a completed return form.

Overcharges

  • Valid receipt is required.
  • Only the amount overcharged will be refunded, not total value of item.
  • Valid overcharges will be refunded using the same method of payment as the original purchase or given store credit. Except personal checks: Two-week delay until check is processed.
  • If unable to return to the store within time limit, please call immediately and ask for Customer Service.
