Shipping and Delivery Information

Please read the shipping and delivery terms below carefully before you continue to our online store.

Not choosing the appropriate shipping method at check-out will delay the shipping of your order.

For week of CHRISTMAS: orders must be received by Dec. 10th

Local Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday to the following towns only:
Amherst, Belchertown, Chicopee, Deerfield, Easthampton, Granby, Greenfield, Hadley, Hatfield, Holyoke, Leverett, Northampton, Palmer, South Hadley, Southampton, Springfield, Sunderland, Ware, West Springfield, Westhampton and Whately .
If your desired town is not listed above, please select UPS Shipping. If that is not an option, please call us at (413) 253-9528 to discuss other options.


ALL ORDERS need at least two days advance notice; often times more notice is needed during holiday times and there is a minimum of $25.00 plus delivery for local deliveries.
Local Deliveries that are re-delivered the following day will be charged the delivery fee plus the cost of any perishable items that need to be replaced.

Please allow 48 hours notice for LOCAL DELIVERIES or IN-STORE PICK UPS.
Per Mass. Law, no alcohol may be purchased or delivered before 8am (Mon. - Sat.) and 12 noon (Sun.) - including beer or wine baskets.

BEER & WINE BASKETS cannot be shipped.  Local Delivery or Store Pick-up only.

No Alcohol will be delivered to any student residence on any of the 5 local College campuses.

For week of THANKSGIVING: orders must be received by Nov. 8th
For week of CHRISTMAS: orders must be received by Dec. 10th
Orders are generally filled within two to three business days.
Delivery period: So that fruit arrives in peak condition, it cannot spend more than 3 days in transit or sit around all weekend at the UPS facility. All perishable packages being shipped UPS are shipped at the beginning of the week to avoid packages being held over the weekend; therefore, we reserve the right to delay your shipping to insure fresh delivery of your gift. Severe Weather Conditions
During periods of very cold weather, Atkins may decide to hold up the shipping to prevent the product from freezing and damage.

Gift Assortments containing fresh fruit cannot be shipped to CALIFORNIA or ARIZONA between April 1st and November 15th.

Please be careful to include the correct address for shipping or delivery and to be sure the customer will be in town. Baskets that are returned to Atkins may be charged 10% or more of the original cost of the basket, depending on the condition of the basket when returned plus shipping or delivery fee. Perishable baskets will be charged full value for re-shipments.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $12 FEE (from UPS - which we will pass on to you.)
