Sushi Yen has been doing business at Atkins since December 2000. Who would have thought that one would be able to find sushi here at our country market.

Lynn & Roger Chen both have had experience in the restaurant business. They have operated Chinese restaurants in New York City and Los Angeles. About ten years ago Roger started learning how to make sushi while still in Los Angeles. He joined a sushi company where he was sent to work in Boston. While in Boston, Roger made and sold sushi at a location near Boston, on Cape Cod and two locations at Brookstone University on Long Island, NY.

It did not take very long for sushi to become popular with our customers, both young and the young at heart. Roger and Lynn have since expanded the sushi to include platters for special events and/or parties as well as more sushi-related and oriental specialty products and hot prepared foods. Roger and Lynn enjoy educating customers on the proper use and application of these products. Roger and Lynn also take pride in producing high quality sushi. They use only the freshest ingredients.
