Joe’s Crock Pot Roast

3 - 5 pounds pot roast, chuck
10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
10.75 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
1 oz.) package dry onion soup mix

In a crock-pot, mix together cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top of roast. Cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Remove roast from crock
pot. Whisk soup together to make gravy.
